The filters work fine and are doing a great job of keeping the water clear of the usual kitty debris. However, even with free shipping, the price was higher than I could have paid at local stores.

I am so glad they upgraded to a new design from their old wire-bound square filters. This products resembles two thick tea bags that have not been separated. They slide into the filter spot easily with no forcing or bending. The tag that says 'top' has also been removed from this design - another plus as I am able to flip the filter over and use the opposite side and end before throwing it away.
